1. AGREEMENT
By using the Spookle website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping, Refund, and Privacy Policies. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We try to show products, colors, and sizes accurately, but screens vary and slight differences may occur. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

4. ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, and will refund any payment for cancelled orders. Your order is accepted when it ships.

5. PAYMENT
You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may verify orders before shipping.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND DISPUTES
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. You agree to contact support@spookle.store to resolve any order issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

7. PRODUCT USE
Costumes, décor, and accessories should be used as intended and according to any included warnings. Keep small parts away from young children. Some items are not flame resistant. Keep away from candles, open flames, and heat sources.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including the Spookle name, logo, designs, images, and text, belongs to Spookle and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spookle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.

11. CHANGES
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
